Detailed land use report for Fortis tower tabled

One of the steps in the process of acquiring approval for major developments in the downtown area in St. John’s is to provide a detailed “Land Use Assessment Report” which studies what effects a building would have on traffic, wind flow, and of course view planes. Click the link below to check out the view plane analysis for Fortis’ new proposed building on the west end of downtown, which will show you what the building will look like from no less than seven different angles.
