The 9th Annual Textiles Program Craft Retreat will take place from September 9th-11th, 2011 at the Brother Brennan Ecological Conservation Centre in Deer Park (off Salmonier Line, just a short hour’s drive from St. John’s).
The weekend is packed full of workshops of all sorts from cooking to hooking, yoga sessions, evening campfires and lots of chances to learn new skills, meet other craft makers and artists, eat great food, and have fun!
This retreat is free, including workshops, seminars, food (donations of snacks and desserts gratefully accepted), transportation (while there is room on the bus) and accommodation (indoor facilities as well as camping space).
