Your Choices

We have 12 ad spaces available on our site, which are chosen on a first-come-first-serve basis. As an advertiser you have the choice between a Banner Ad, a Box Ad, and a Column Ad; click on each ad type to see its size and dimensions. Click here to see exactly where these ads appear on our various pages. Each one of these three ad spaces is shared equally between 4 advertisers.

Added Value Options

As an Independent advertiser you are also given the benefit to freely participate in some excellent additional advertising and promotional opportunities with us.

First, we encourage you to participate in our weekly Daily Indygestion Contest. The Daily Indygestion is our e-mail newsletter which is sent directly to our subscribers every weekday, and each week we conduct a random draw to determine the prize winner. Your prize would be promoted on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and then drawn for on Friday morning. Our Daily Indygestion contests are advertised on both our Facebook page and Twitter feed, adding an additional layer of awareness for your campaign.

Additionally you can choose to avail of the Footer Ad Space area on our website. To see what we mean, scroll down to the very bottom of the page, and you’ll see advertising from one of our sponsors. This ad space is unique because it can have virtually anything embedded into it – forms, video, interactivity, you name it. It’s like a mini website.

Video Ad

Do you have a commercial made that you would like our viewers to see? Or would you like us to create you one? Video, afterall, is the most popular media for internet readers. Your commercial will exclusively appear in front of all of our featured videos for a month period. The Independent will produce a minimum of 4 videos during that time frame.
