Big Space is an instrumental jazz-rock trio featuring guitarist Grant King, bassist Ian Murphy, and drummer Ashley Chalmers. The trio plays an original mix of modern jazz and rock, with a focus on improvisation. Their 2021 album “In Relation To” has been praised as a “brilliantly original album” by Jazz Journal UK and “a dizzying jazz-rock journey” by DOMINIONATED.
