Robbery at Jackman and Greene

Last night at around 11 p.m., police were called to a store on Cookstown Road in St. John’s. The suspect had taken off before the cops arrived, but they found the 27-year-old man responsible for the theft a short distance away.
He is scheduled to appear in court this morning, facing charges of robbery, disguise with intent and breach of probation.
