AHL team sells 80% of its season tickets

Although the capital city’s new AHL franchise doesn’t even have a name yet, the team has managed to sell more than 80% of its season tickets for this upcoming season. Meanwhile the team itself is in the process of getting its office in order, contacting former employees of the St. John’s Maple Leafs and vetting other talent throughout the league who have expressed an interest in coming to St. John’s.
