In other strike news, the federal government has given Air Canada and its employees 48 hours to resolve their differences, or they may be legislated back to work. The airline has said that it will try to operate a full schedule, despite a strike, and, so far, travel disruptions have been minimal. Still, Air Canada official Jeff Squires asks the public to be prepared for delays because of the demonstrations. Air Canada workers walked off the job earlier this week.
