A dinghy-on-the-loose which prompted a search and rescue mission and much worry, has found its owner. On Monday the Canadian Coast Guard retrieved the overturned dinghy outside Middle Cove. A helicopter searched the area and came up with nothing. As it turned out, no one was injured or missing. Police said the owner’s teenager had taken the boat out with several friends and it drifted away.
