Dump truck collides with train in Labrador

A dump truck collided with a Quebec North Shore and Labrador train yesterday, occurring at the first railway crossing on the Trans Labrador Highway east of Labrador City. The dump truck was travelling west on the highway when it collided with the train and struck the last of 80 train cars. No injuries were reported, but the dump truck was extensively damaged. Police are investigating.
