After an Easter break reaching back to April 21, the provincial legislature is open for business again effective today. The afternoon will see the parties debate the record-setting provincial budget for 2011. What effect a Harper majority on the national scene will have on this province, predicted and backed by our Premier Kathy Dunderdale, remains to be seen.
