Danny Williams and Glen Stanford are set to announce the name of the new AHL hockey franchise in Newfoundland this morning. It seems all of the logos and team paraphernalia have also been developed – as team jerseys will be modelled at the announcement. Speculation on the name of the team still seems to be strongly centred on “Ice Caps”. What’s your first thought when you hear that name?
