Liberal house leader Kelvin Parsons was asked to apologize to the legislature by the speaker of the House of Assembly yesterday. Mr. Parsons ignored repeated calls by the speaker of House to stop his rant, and used language that was deemed “un-parliamentary”. Parsons was in the midst of accusing Fisheries minister Clyde Jackman of not doing anything to try to resolve the conflict between lobster harvesters and producers.
