Construction of the new major Torbay bypass road will temporarily affect water quality in the town residents have been told. The North Pond water line is being upgraded as part of the work on the Torbay bypass road now under construction. The town says water will be interrupted between 11:59 p.m. on Monday and 6 a.m. on Tuesday. The boil order will be in effect until further notice.
