At around 1 a.m. today (Friday), a 34-year-old man was stopped by police in the Goulds, arrested and charged with impaired driving and failing the breathalyser. On Thursday afternoon, a 47-year-old woman was also arrested for impaired driving and failing the breathalyser. Her charges stem from a traffic stop on Erley Street in the Mundy Pond area. They are both due to appear in court at a later date.
