RNC continues search for missing man

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is hoping the public can help to find missing man Scott Kelly. Kelly, pictured above, at about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday left his residence in the west end of St. John’s on foot in an unknown direction. Kelly, 39 years old, is described as having a medium build, five-foot-seven-inches tall and weighing 175 pounds, with blue eyes and light brown hair, usually worn in a ponytail. When last seen, he was wearing blue jeans, black T-shirt, blue fleece with black shoulders and a blue salt and pepper hat. Anyone who has any information pertaining to the whereabouts of Scott Kelly is asked to contact the RNC at 729-8000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
