Somebody in Newfoundland and Labrador hasn’t yet checked their lottery ticket, and doesn’t yet know that they’ve won the big one. Atlantic Lottery is saying that as of Sunday no one had claimed a grand prize of $21,000,000, and is only saying as of now that the winning ticket was purchased somewhere in this province.
