Just in time to complement the conversation on the federal Conservatives’ new crime bills being passed in Parliament, the RCMP have revealed that a teenager in southwestern Newfoundland was arrested four times in the last four weeks and charged with stealing from vehicles in the area. He was already scheduled to appear in court this week on more than 3 charges. Will he be released again?
