VIDEO: The most interesting people in Newfoundland | John Crosbie

This week Martin gets a tour through the life of NL’s Lieutenant Governor

The Honourable John Crosbie is a traveler, an art lover, and, most recently, the Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland & Labrador. He’s been involved in politics since 1966, in city, then in the provincial, and then federal government. He likes to say his wife retired him from politics, but half way through a five year stint representing the Queen, he certainly seems to be enjoying himself.

The Most Interesting People In Newfoundland is a series of video profiles — one that asks fascinating people to define themselves as individuals and as Newfoundlanders. Some will be familiar, others less so, but each has a story to tell.
