Michael Flaherty is the Sculpture Technician for the Fine Arts Program at Memorial University of Newfoundland – Grenfell Campus. He has peddled across the continent doing free bicycle repairs in the name of art, conceptually created an entire island off the Northern Peninsula, and he can grow one of the more impressive beards on the island.
