The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency is inviting the public to comment on the Comprehensive Study Report for the proposed Hebron Project. The Comprehensive Study Report includes the conclusions and recommendations regarding the adverse environmental effects that are likely to result from the project, the significance of those effects, and appropriate measures that would mitigate any significant adverse environmental effects.
