St. John’s to do its own painting

Now St. John’s citizens can complain directly to city staff about the horrendous state of the lines on the roads. VOCM is reporting that city council has approved the purchase of over $450,000 worth of equipment to do the work themselves, instead of going to the private sector as was the norm.
