Teen arrested for 4th time in just 4 weeks

Just in time to complement the conversation on the federal Conservatives’ new crime bills being passed in Parliament, the RCMP have revealed that a teenager in southwestern Newfoundland was arrested four times in the last four weeks and charged with stealing from vehicles in the area. The latest incident involving the 17-year-old was Tuesday, when RCMP in Port aux Basques captured him after a chase on foot. He was already scheduled to appear in court this week on more than 3 charges. Will he be released again?
