Aside from office towers in construction in downtown St. John’s on the old Woolworth’s site and on the northeast corner of Springdale and New Gower, two other proposals are being considered: a Hilton Garden Inn Hotel on the southwest corner of Springdale and New Gower, and a condo/office building on the corner of Job Street and Hamilton Street. The interested folks over at The Official St. John’s Project Thread have put together a rendering of what the west end of Downtown St. John’s will look like if all said projects come to fruition.
