Donovan Taplin

The youngest municipal councillor in the province, Donovan Taplin served on the Town Council of Wabana, Bell Island, from 2013 to 2017. They were also an inaugural member of the Prime Minister's Youth Council. Currently, Donovan sits on the Board of Directors of the Mental Health Commission of Canada and is Vice Chair of the National Standard of Canada: Mental Health & Wellbeing for Post-Secondary Students.
