Grant Horwood

Grant is a professional engineer with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Grant Joined DewCor in 2023 as the Chief Operating Officer after 10 years leading a project management firm where he was involved in managing a wide breadth of construction projects from $1M municipal and commercial builds to $200M industrial construction packages. Grant currently sits on the board of Happy City St. John’s and the Canadian Homebuilders Association of NL. Grant has held key roles in the past such as President of Vigilant Atlantic, Director of Public Works and Engineering at the Town of Gander, and Manager of Infrastructure at the Gander International Airport. Grant’s experience is backed by a degree in Civil Engineering, and he is registered with the Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of Newfoundland & Labrador and holds engineering licenses in PEI, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Ontario.
