The fatal fire in Codroy Valley which claimed the life of 55 year old Joanne Bleich this week will remain a mystery. The heat of the fire was so intense that police investigators will not be able to determine its cause, as their examinations finished on Tuesday listing it as “inconclusive”. Bleich, who was visiting the area and originally from Thorold, ON, was trapped in the house and the fire, while police say the homeowner was able to get out alive.
