Taxi driver and passenger pulled over on drug related charges

A cab driver in St. John’s and his passenger are facing charges after police pulled the taxi over last night in the downtown area – to find over 100 grams of cocaine and $1,200 in cash. The driver has been arrested for trafficking and the passenger arrested for possession.
